Watch, learn and interact as Executive Chef Duncan Ly, the hugely awarded and Gold Medal Plate winning executive chef of the Hotel Arts Group, prepares his all-time top hors d’oeuvres followed by a five course meal of his absolute favourite dishes. We’ll enjoy premium wine pairings with each course and at the end of the evening, take home the recipes to recreate the dishes at home!

This intimate evening will sneak preview Envy Eco-focused Environments’ Haus 8+10 in vibrant Marda Loop – at 2010, 37 Ave. SW, a contemporary and sustainable luxury urban structure benefitting from solar panels and a pristine indoor air environment, along with many other eco-friendly features. Chef Ly is cooking in the state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with induction cooktop, convection steam and traditional ovens.

Sparkling reception and canapes begin at 6 p.m.
