75ml (2 ½oz) Old Engine Oil Stout

25ml (1oz) Bacardi Oakheart

25ml (1oz) double cream (48%) - alternately heavy cream will work (36%)

20ml (¾oz) brown sugar

100ml (3oz) coffee cream (18%)

6 Blocks of Green & Black’s Organic 85% Cacao Chocolate


  1. Melt chocolate with hot water, add remaining ingredients. Heat on steam wand.
  2. Serve in an old fashioned glass and garnish with chocolate flakes.
