Hy’s Only Sauce

Yield: Makes 5/6 of a cup

Ingredients

½ cup (120 mL) Heinz 57

1/3 cup (80 mL) Ketchup

½ Tbs (7 mL) Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp cracked black pepper

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until blended. Serve with your favourite steak.
