1oz passion fruit/Serrano mix
1oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz lime juice (fresh)
1oz tequila blanco
1 sprig of cilantro (plugged)
- -Muddle the pineapple and the cilantro, the add the chile infused passion fruit (* make your mix by: mix 2 liters of fresh passion fruit juice with a 1 Serrano pepper thinly sliced, mix and let sit for 2 hours).
- -Mix the Juice Mix with the remaining ingredients in a shaker, add 8 large ice cubes and vigorously shake the cocktail for about 8 seconds.
- -Serve in a double rocks glass and garnish to taste.
