1 9” pastry baked shell
1 cup (250 mL) brown sugar
1/2 cup (125 mL) maple syrup
1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
- Preheat your oven to 350F
- Beat eggs lightly and slowly add brown sugar, maple syrup, whipping cream and vanilla. Continue to beat until all sugar crystals are gone.
- Pour filling into the shell and bake in the oven at 350’F for 45 minutes (or until centre is firm). Let it cool before serving.
- Optional - Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream is great as an added topping!
