Monki Mimosa

Ingredients

4 oz. prosecco

1 oz. Aperol

3 oz. orange juice

seasonal fruit, cubed (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Build over ice in a Collins glass. Stir, garnish with fruit and serve.
