June 1-7 is Negroni Week, (a partnered effort between Campari and Imbibe magazine – we don’t have to mention this). Select establishments across Canada amongst other worldwide participants, will be offering incarnations of the classic Negroni, with a portion of the proceeds from each cocktail sold being donated to a charity of their choice. So far, over 40 popular establishments across Canada (including 8 in Calgary so far) are taking part. Please see Calgary list below along with the chosen charity.
