Ox Bar de Tapas: Red Sangria

Yield: Serves 4-6

Ox and Angela try to be as authentic to Spain as they can, given the ingredients that they can source locally in Alberta and import from Spain. That’s to be said about their food, and is also true in their cocktails. Try making this delicious sangria at home!

Ingredients

16 oz red wine (Ox uses sangiovese)

16 oz cranberry juice

2 oz triple sec (orange flavoured liqueur)

2 oz apricot brandy

2 oz raspberry purée

½ oz lime juice

½ oz lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Add chopped fruit and ice. Stir and enjoy!
