Pineapple Coconut Sangria

Ingredients

1½ oz 1800 Coconut Tequila

1 oz Bacardi Rock

4 oz coconut cream

8 oz pineapple juice

3-4 lemon wheels

1 oz fresh lemon juice

½ cup pineapple chunks

4 oz Uber Riesling

splash of soda water

Preparation

  1. Combine 1800 Coconut Tequila, Bacardi Rock coconut rum, coconut cream, pineapple chunks, and fresh lemon juice with ice in a shaker tin. Shake
  2. Add everything from shaker into a pitcher
  3. Top with pineapple juice, soda, and Uber Riesling
  4. Garnish with lemon wheels
