Roasted Cauliflower

Yield: Serves 4

1 head cauliflower

1/4 cup (60 mL) extra virgin olive oil

1 Tbs thinly sliced garlic

2 Tbs (30 mL) lemon juice

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 Tbs shaved Parmesan

2 tsp chopped chives or green onions


  1. Cut the cauliflower into 5cm florets and toss well with olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper and lemon juice. Roast in a 450ยบ F oven for approximately 20 minutes, until tender and browned. Top with parmesan and chopped chives before serving.
